E. Roger Mitchell is a new Hunger Games cast as he will portray the role of Chaff in the second movie installment, Catching Fire.
Hunger Games Cast: E. Roger Mitchell as Chaff
Chaff is the male Hunger Games character hailing from District 11. He was a former victor in the 45th Hunger Games; however, he lost his hand in the process. He declined receiving a prosthetic hand from the doctors of Capitol.
He is described in the book as a six feet tall, dark-skinned man and had an arm that ended with a stump. He chose not to get a prosthetic arm. They share the same thing in common with Haymitch – they love drinking.
Mitchell was born in 1971 and his nickname is E.
